EmpowerMe Wellness in Kentucky is seeking a licensed therapy professional to join our EmpowerMe 360 program serving older adults in senior living communities. You’ll deliver physical, occupational, or speech therapy, conduct assessments, and develop personalized care plans as part of a collaborative team.
