Job summary

EmpowerMe Wellness seeks licensed therapists to join our EmpowerMe 360 program, serving seniors in community-based settings. You’ll provide physical, occupational, or speech therapy, conduct assessments, create care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based interventions.

You’ll support wellness check-ins, caregiver communication, and telehealth, helping residents stay independent and safe.

Qualifications

• Current professional license in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP)
• Passion for empowering seniors to live their best lives
