Job summary

EmpowerMe Wellness is seeking compassionate therapists to join our EmpowerMe 360 team serving seniors in partner communities. You will provide therapy services and collaborate with a multidisciplinary group to help residents live stronger, safer, and more independent lives.

You’ll conduct assessments, develop individualized plans, and support care coordination with caregivers and telehealth tools, all within a supportive, growth‑oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Current professional license in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP).
• Passion for empowering seniors to live their best lives.
