Responsibilities:


The Opportunity


We are hiring a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team and work with residents of senior living communities, including independent living, assisted living, and memory care. Therapy services are covered by private insurance and/or Medicare Part B.

As a PT, you will be responsible for:

  1. Providing physical therapy and wellness services for older adults
  2. Conducting assessments, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions as part of a multidisciplinary team
  3. Supporting care coordination efforts by conducting wellness checkpoint visits, communicating with providers and caregivers, and assisting patients with telehealth visits
  4. Maintaining professional standards and adhering to company policies and clinical initiatives
  5. Contributing to program development, quality improvement, and problem-solving
  6. Optimizing each patient’s functional well-being and satisfaction

Your Schedule


Our clinics typically operate 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, but our flexible scheduling allows you to craft a schedule that fits your lifestyle!
