Responsibilities

The Clinic Director will oversee patient care within one or more senior living facilities, contributing to residents' independence and well-being across various care levels. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with regulations, providing therapy and wellness services, supporting clinical programs, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives. The role involves advising on treatment planning and therapeutic interventions, providing comprehensive therapy services, and participating in program development and problem-solving to enhance patient outcomes.

Minimum Requirements

• Degree from an accredited OT, PT, COTA, PTA, or SLP program
• Active ASHA Certification (for SLP candidates)
