Job summary

Saugus Rehab and Nursing in Massachusetts is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in Saugus. You will conduct evaluations, develop individualized rehabilitation plans, and deliver therapy sessions to residents.

This role requires MA licensure, a Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy, and strong communication. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote function, independence, and patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy (B.S.) or related field.
• Current physical therapy licensure in the state of Massachusetts.
• Experience, with a strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic healthcare environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to identify patient needs and goals.

• Monitor patient progress, make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary, and communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment.
