Job summary

Maplewood Rehab and Nursing in Amesbury, MA is seeking a Physical Therapy Specialist to deliver patient-centered care. You will conduct evaluations, develop rehab plans, and provide treatment sessions to promote independence and functional recovery.

The role requires MA licensure, a BS in Physical Therapy, and strong communication. You will monitor progress, adjust plans as needed, document care, and collaborate with families and the interdisciplinary team to achieve excellent resident outcomes.

Qualifications
