EmpowerMe Wellness seeks licensed therapy professionals to provide physical, occupational, or speech therapy for older adults within the EmpowerMe 360 program. You will perform assessments, build personalized care plans, and collaborate with a team to deliver evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• Current professional license in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP).
