Job summary

EmpowerMe Wellness in California is seeking licensed therapists (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP) to join our EmpowerMe 360 team. You’ll provide therapy and wellness services to older adults in senior living communities, helping residents stay independent, safe, and engaged.

Work with a collaborative team, conduct assessments, develop care plans, and support telehealth and caregiver communications. We offer a flexible schedule and comprehensive benefits, with full medical, dental, and vision coverage.

Qualifications

• Current professional license in PT/OT/SLP (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP)
