Job summary

EmpowerMe Wellness is seeking licensed therapists to provide physical, occupational, or speech therapy for older adults within our EmpowerMe 360 program. You will conduct assessments, design personalized plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Role emphasizes care coordination, caregiver communication, and telehealth support to empower residents to live more independently and safely.

Qualifications

• Current professional license in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP).
• Passion for empowering seniors to live their best lives.
• Strong clinical skills with a collaborative spirit.
