The position is part-time (approximately 15–20 hours per week) with a flexible schedule and competitive hourly pay. Applicants must hold an active Kentucky PT license and be eligible to work in the United States.

Applicants must have an active Kentucky Physical Therapist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Kentucky license. These qualifications include earning an advanced degree from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education-accredited physical therapist education program, passing the state licensure exam, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.
Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
