Applicants must have an active Kentucky Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Kentucky license. These qualifications include earning an advanced degree from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education-accredited physical therapist education program, passing the state licensure exam, and fulfilling the state's requirements for licensure.
