Job summary

Strides of Strength Therapeutic Services, Inc. seeks a Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our outdoor, nature-based outpatient program that incorporates equine-assisted therapy to help patients grow and heal.

You will work with trained professionals to blend traditional PT with innovative hippotherapy, delivering engaging sessions in a peaceful environment while prioritizing patient-centered care. New graduates are encouraged to apply; flexible scheduling with PRN to full-time potential

Qualifications

• Active SC PT license or eligible for licensure in South Carolina.
• Interest in equine-assisted therapy and outdoor therapy setting.
• Willingness to work outdoors in a nontraditional environment.
• Strong interpersonal and compassionate patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient physical therapy in a nature-based setting.
• Collaborate with horse handlers and clinical team.
• Incorporate hippotherapy approaches (AHA training within 12 months).
• Build relationships with patients and families.
