Job summary

Unbridled Pediatric Therapies is seeking a compassionate part-time Physical Therapist to evaluate and provide pediatric therapy, including hippotherapy-inspired activities, for children with motor and functional mobility needs. You will create individualized plans and deliver engaging sessions in a collaborative setting.

The role emphasizes teamwork with families, accurate EMR documentation, flexible scheduling, and ongoing mentorship and professional development in pediatric specialty areas.

Qualifications

• PT degree from an accredited program.
• Current state PT license or eligibility for licensure.
• Pediatric experience preferred; willingness to grow into pediatric specialty required.
• Horse knowledge and experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Passion for helping children reach their fullest potential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and re-evaluations using standardized and clinical assessment tools.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Provide direct equine-assisted therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches.
• Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans in the EMR system.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and community outreach as needed.
