You will deliver high-quality, individualized therapy to improve function and quality of life, within a modern center and supportive team environment.

The position emphasizes comprehensive assessments, personalized treatment plans, and collaboration with physicians to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy license in good standing.
• DPT from an accredited program.
• BCLS certification obtained within first 30 days of employment.

Responsabilités

• Manage the complete therapeutic care process for an assigned group of patients, coordinating with physicians and the patient care team.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans aligned to health goals.
• Provide direct physical therapy interventions and coordinate ongoing care across recovery stages.
• Evaluate and measure rehab progress, using evidence-based practices and adjust plans as needed.
• Offer therapy in home and clinical settings, following physician directives.
• Instruct patients and caregivers in therapeutic modalities and equipment for independence.
• Prioritize caseload and coordinate daily staffing and patient assignments.
