EPIC Healthcare in Trenton, NJ is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist (PRN) to join our nursing home team delivering high-quality rehabilitation services to residents.

The role involves evaluating residents, setting goals, and implementing therapy plans, collaborating with the rehab team, supervising staff, and participating in care conferences. APTA-accredited residency and NJ license are required.

Formación

• Unencumbered license to practice physical therapy in New Jersey.
• Completion of an APTA-accredited residency program.
• Must be able to work in Trenton, NJ.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluates residents, develops goals, implements PT treatment plans and maintains related documentation.
• Designs and fits adaptive devices and trains residents in their use, including orthotics/prosthetics.
• Selects modalities suited to individual needs and diagnoses.
• Collaborates with rehab team to select appropriate therapeutic regimens.
• Instructs residents in mobility skills and tracks progress.
• Adapts programs to resident needs and attends care conferences.
• Supervises supportive personnel and reports on equipment needs.
• Orders supplies and maintains/repairs equipment as necessary.
• Ensures high-quality, compassionate service for residents and families.
