Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation, LLC in El Paso, TX is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to assess patients, develop recovery plans, and deliver in-facility therapy across a range of settings.

You will educate patients and caregivers, collaborate with a Rehab team, and provide patient-centered care designed to restore mobility and independence. The role reports to the Director of Rehab and offers growth within a national rehabilitation network.

Qualifications

• They must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility.
• They must have a Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or
• They must have a Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; or
• They must have a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
• The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy.
• Help patients get well and restore physical abilities.
• Collaborate with peers and refer when needed to support patient care.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and productivity.
