Job summary

EmpowerMe Wellness is seeking licensed therapy professionals to join its EmpowerMe 360 team, delivering therapy, wellness, and medical collaboration for seniors in living communities. You will assess residents, create personalized care plans, and work with a multidisciplinary team to promote independence, safety, and quality of life through evidence-based interventions and care coordination.
