Job summary

EmpowerMe Wellness is seeking therapists to deliver physical, occupational, or speech therapy to seniors within our EmpowerMe 360 program. You will assess, plan, and implement personalized care in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team to promote independence and safety.

• Current professional license in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP)
