Job summary

EmpowerMe Wellness is seeking licensed therapists to join our EmpowerMe 360 program serving seniors in community settings. You will provide therapy and wellness services, assess needs, and develop personalized care plans to improve daily living and independence.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, coordinate care, and support telehealth. This role offers a flexible schedule, growth opportunities, and a supportive culture focused on resident well‑being.

Qualifications

• Current professional license in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP).
