Job summary

EmpowerMe Wellness in Tulsa, OK is seeking licensed therapists to join our EmpowerMe 360 program serving seniors. You’ll provide therapy and wellness services, assess residents, and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team.

You’ll help residents maximize independence, coordinate care, and contribute to program development in a supportive culture with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Current professional license in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP).
• Passion for empowering seniors to live their best lives.
