Job summary

EmpowerMe Wellness is seeking licensed therapists to support seniors in our EmpowerMe 360 program in Acton, MA. You will deliver physical, occupational, or speech therapy within a collaborative care model, helping residents stay independent and safe.

The role emphasizes patient-centered care, coordination with caregivers, and telehealth support, with growth opportunities and a supportive culture that values therapists as core contributors.

Qualifications

• Current professional license in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP).
