• Notify supervisor regarding missing or unclear labels or SDSs immediately.

• Immediately notify your supervisor regarding missing or unclear labels or Safety Data Sheets (SDSs).

Requirements:

• Current, unrestricted license to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Florida.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a nursing home or rehabilitation setting.
