Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Orthopedic & Spine Therapy

What You’ll Do:

  • Implement treatment plans developed by Physical Therapists, including exercises, therapeutic activities, and modalities.
  • Monitor progress, report to the physical therapist, and adjust treatment plans to keep patients on the road to recovery.
  • Participate in team meetings and educational opportunities to stay current.
  • Spread positivity and encouragement to patients and team members alike!
  • Assist Physical Therapists in providing quality care to patients.
  • Educate patients and their families on the treatment plan and home exercises.
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to achieve patient goals.

Qualifications to Shine:

  • Massachusetts Physical Therapist Assistant License (required).
  • CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
  • A friendly, approachable demeanor with a knack for teamwork.
  • Tech-savvy? Familiarity with WebPT is a plus (training available).
  • Ability to bend, squat, and lift as needed!
