• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA-accredited program is required.
• Current state license to practice Physical Therapy is required.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation are required.
• Current CPR certification is required.

Responsabilités

• Administer treatment plans as developed by the physical therapist.
• Provide non-complex active and passive manual therapeutic exercises, massage, traction, and modalities.
• Accurately document daily, weekly, or monthly patient care records and submit paperwork weekly.
• Attend educational meetings and contribute to department in-services.
