Qualifications

• Current licensed or certified PTA in the state of practice
• Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, or access to transportation
• Availability for weekend rotations
• Preferred: CPR certification and ability to perform physical tasks like lifting and mobility assistance

Responsibilities

• Provide treatment and exercise instruction to patients in home care settings.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, gait, transfers, and safety.
• Follow supervision of Physical Therapist and adjust care plans as directed.
