Job Summary and Qualifications

• Manage patient care based on the Physical Therapist’s Evaluation.
• Ensure satisfaction of patients, visitors, physicians, and staff, upholding ICARE values.
• Participate in and understand quality management activities.
• Demonstrate effective communication skills.
• Understand hospital and departmental policies and procedures.

Qualifications needed:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of employment.
• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (LPTA).
• Graduate of an APTA-approved Physical Therapist Assistant Program, Associate’s degree in Applied Science; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
