Relient Health seeks a caring and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to work in a great Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. This full-time, permanent position is a chance to make a real difference in the patients' lives at this facility. Schedule is Tuesday to Saturday.

Qualifications

1. You must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice (or new grad PTA)
2. You must have an Associate of Science degree in Physical Therapist Assistant
3. Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certification prior to start
4. Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification prior to start

Responsibilities

1. Screening patients
2. Documenting progress toward identified objectives
3. Administering physical therapy services as directed by a registered physical therapist
4. Conducting patient and family education
5. Delivering quality physical therapy services
6. Putting patient service first
