Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Physical Therapists on plans of care and progression of exercises and goals for each patient.
• Assist with progress notes and re-evaluations to improve patient flow and satisfaction.
• Maintain high levels of communication with chiropractors, acupuncturists, and occupational therapists to ensure quality patient care.
• Complete notes thoroughly and timely to support collaborative care.
• Pursue CEUs to advance clinical excellence.
• Attend monthly meetings to discuss clinic challenges and improve flow.
• Participate in company initiatives to continuously improve patient care.

• Pay Range $33.00 - $38.00 per hour

• Maintain high levels of communication with other service providers such as Chiropractors, Acupuncturists, and Occupational Therapists to ensure quality patient care.
• Complete notes thoroughly and within a timely manner to ensure that collaborative care is maintained between other therapists.
• Work towards the advancement of the clinic by maintaining clinical excellence through various CEUs.
• Participate in monthly meetings led by the Clinic Director and Office Manager to identify challenges within the clinic to address and improve clinic flow.
• Attend company-wide meetings to discuss various company initiatives to continuously improve clinical excellence and patient care.
