Role Overview: The Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) provides direct rehabilitation care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist in a skilled nursing facility setting.
Key Responsibilities: Follow patient-specific treatment plans, chart accurately and timely, utilize therapy software, and demonstrate excellent customer service.
Responsibilities Include

• Assist in patient rehabilitation to improve functional abilities and quality of life.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team efforts to deliver comprehensive care.
• Ensure patient safety, rights, and confidentiality are maintained.
• Assist in patient evacuation and support daily operations.
• Maintain professional relationships with staff, vendors, and patients.
• Adhere to company policies, laws, and regulations governing post-acute care.

Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program, hold an active state license, and preferably have one year of post-acute care experience. CPR certification is required.
