Job summary

Health Marketing is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to provide direct rehabilitation care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist in a skilled nursing facility setting. You will implement treatment plans, monitor progress, and document outcomes using therapy software.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy assistant program.
• Active license or registration in the applicable state.
• CPR certification (obtained during orientation if not already certified).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email communication.
• Strong communication, decision-making, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to perform physical activities such as lifting, standing, and walking.
