Job summary

Gardens of Euclid Beach in Cleveland, OH, is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our in-house rehabilitation team. You will provide skilled PT services under a licensed PT and help residents improve mobility, strength, and independence.

We welcome new graduates and value collaboration with PTs, OTs, CNAs, and nurses. Net Health documentation is part of daily workflow, with a supportive, resident-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio PTA license.
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused.
• SNF/LTC experience preferred but not required.
• New graduates welcome to apply!
• Experience with Net Health is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Carry out individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.
• Work with a diverse geriatric population in a SNF/LTC setting.
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, COTAs, SLPs, nursing, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Monitor resident progress and communicate changes to the supervising PT.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation using Net Health.
• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care.

Gardens of Euclid Beach is seeking a motivated and compassionate Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our in-house rehabilitation team in Cleveland, Ohio!

What You’ll Do

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
