Job summary

Project New Generation LLC in Glendale, AZ is seeking a passionate Physical Therapist to join our growing team, delivering high-quality rehabilitation care that helps patients move better and live better.

You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, administer therapy, educate on home exercises, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Required: DPT, AZ PT license or eligibility, CPR/BLS certification, and experience in outpatient or rehab settings.

Qualifications

• DPT from an accredited program.
• Arizona PT license or ability to obtain.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience in outpatient, home health or rehab settings preferred.
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic exercise and manual therapy.
• Excellent communication and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions and treatment needs through assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized physical therapy plans and goals.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients/families on home exercises and prevention strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions, functional limitations, and treatment needs through comprehensive assessments
• Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans and goals
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to promote recovery
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards

Requirements:

• Valid Arizona Physical Therapist (PT) license or ability to obtain licensure
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Experience in outpatient, home health, or rehabilitation settings preferred
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and evidence-based practice
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient-centered care skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative care team
