Job Description

Licensed Physical Therapist (Full‑time). Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy – Outpatient. Compensation range: $80,000 – $100,000 per year. Additional compensation includes bonus and student loan repayment options. The role offers opportunities to pursue mentorship, residency education, specialty program development, non‑treating roles, clinic leadership, and future clinic partnership opportunities. Productivity expectations are below many outpatient industry standards. Compensation

• $80,000 to $100,000 per year (based on location, total experience, CHT certification, etc.)
• Clinician bonus plan allows up to an additional $1,192.31 per paycheck ($31,000 annually).
• Welcome bonuses or student loan repayment offered for certain opportunities (up to $10,000).
