Job summary

Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy – Outpatient in New Jersey seeks an energetic outpatient orthopedic clinician. You will treat patients across ages and diagnoses, delivering individualized, patient-centered sessions in a mentorship-friendly environment that still honors clinician autonomy.

We offer a competitive compensation package ($80k–$100k base), a bonus plan up to $31k, student loan repayment up to $10k, welcome bonuses, comprehensive benefits, and generous PTO.

Position Summary

As an outpatient orthopedic clinician, you will have the opportunity to work with patients varying in age and diagnosis based on each clinic's specialty. Our treatment sessions are individualized, allowing a patient-centered focus and approach. Compensation

• $80,000 – $100,000 per year (based on location, total experience, CHT cert, etc.)
• Bonus plan up to $31,000 annually
• Student loan repayment up to $10,000 and welcome bonuses

The compensation range listed reflects the good faith estimate of pay this organization reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on relevant factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and work location. This range applies to the base salary or hourly rate only and does not include bonuses, benefits, or other forms of compensation that may be offered.
