Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening to customer concerns, responding with empathy, and ensuring all inquiries are addressed with professionalism and care.
• Accurately process, fill, and dispense prescriptions by reviewing orders and pharmacy documentation in compliance with company policy and regulatory standards.
• Maintain comprehensive and confidential records of all customer interactions.
• Assist the pharmacist with the preparation and dispensing of medications and supplies.
• Perform basic pharmaceutical calculations.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering/receiving supplies.
• Operate and maintain compounding equipment and facilities.
