Home Life Healthcare Corp. in Vermont seeks a licensed pharmacist to dispense prescriptions, counsel patients, and ensure adherence to Kinney Standard of Practice.

You will manage inventory, supervise third-party claims, and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations to support high-quality health care services. The role requires a Certified Immunizer, ability to stand for long periods, and commitment to training staff and upholding security and confidentiality.

Formación

• Must hold a valid State Pharmacy license and current registration.
• Able to stand/walk for most of the shift.
• Pre-employment and/or random drug screening required.
• Certified Immunizer.

Responsabilidades

• Dispense prescriptions and counsel patients per Kinney SOP.
• Perform QA steps to ensure accuracy; report dispensing incidents.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines in pharmacy practice.
• Oversee third-party claims submission and collection.
• Manage and balance pharmacy inventory for maximum turns.
• Ensure accurate handling of returns and inventory against policy.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
• Promote customer service excellence across staff.
• Train staff in Kinney Pharmacy Clerk and Technician programs.
• Interface with auditors and regulatory agencies as needed.
