Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate medication orders for appropriateness of drug, dosage, interactions, and administration.
• Ensure dispensed medicines are correctly supplied and labeled.
• Communicate with facilities' nursing staff, physicians, and healthcare team members regarding medication-related queries.
• Supervise the preparation of medications.
