Innovative Pest Solutions is seeking a full-time Pest Control Tech - Branch 2 to travel across Riverside County, CA, delivering professional pest removal and exceptional customer service. You will inspect properties, apply heat treatments, and maintain equipment while adhering to safety standards.

The role requires a valid California Branch 2 license, a clean driving record, and strong IPM/pesticide safety knowledge.

Qualifications

• Valid California Branch 2 license
• Current CA driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Strong knowledge of IPM principles and pesticide safety practices
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in confined and heated environments
• Ability to work flexible schedules and serve locations throughout Riverside County, CA
• Professional appearance and customer service-focused attitude
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency - preferred
• Experience with heat treatment systems - preferred
• Commercial pest control experience - preferred

Responsibilities

• Visit properties (residential and commercial) to remove pests.
• Provide excellent customer service during visits.
• Inspect sites for signs of pests and apply heat treatments as needed.
• Fill out digital reports detailing work performed.
• Maintain a neat work vehicle and keep equipment in good condition.

This position earns $50,000 – $85,000+ per year and works the day shift.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Our Pest Control Techs - Branch 2 are responsible for visiting various properties, performing top-notch removal services, and providing clients with excellent customer service. Following all safety policies, industry regulations, and company procedures, you'll inspect homes and businesses for signs of pests (bed bugs, termites, etc.) and apply heat treatments to solve the problem. You'll fill out digital reports detailing your work, maintain a neat work vehicle, and keep your equipment in great working condition.
