Qualifications

• Active Professional Engineer (PE) License in Texas (or ability to obtain quickly).

• Strong understanding of permitting processes and technical review standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the licensed PE of record for the firm.
• Review and stamp design documents for permitting or compliance.
• Conduct high-level engineering reviews for technical deliverables.
• Guide permitting efforts, ensuring technical and procedural accuracy.
• Work with public agencies and stakeholders to secure permits and clearances.
