Job summary

KEITH is seeking a highly technical Civil Engineer (PE) to join our Pompano Beach office. The role focuses on technical excellence in land development and/or water resources, with active involvement in design, execution, and deliverable accuracy.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering degree, PE license, and progressive experience with land development or water resources, along with proficiency in Civil 3D, SWMM, ICPR, or similar tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
Progressive engineering experience in land development and/or water resources.
Proficiency in design software (Civil 3D, SWMM, ICPR, or similar).
Proven track record delivering complex, high-value projects.

Responsibilities

Provide high-level technical design of plans, reports, calculations, and specifications. Develop grading, drainage, stormwater management, and utility design solutions
Collaborate with Project Managers to execute project scopes, schedules, and technical requirements
Support Project Managers on complex projects, design approaches, permitting challenges, risk mitigation, and constructability
Assist with troubleshooting challenging design issues and ensuring technical consistency across projects
Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies as needed
Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers
