KEITH is seeking a highly technical Civil Engineer (PE) to join our Pompano Beach office. The role focuses on technical excellence in land development and/or water resources, with active involvement in design, execution, and deliverable accuracy.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering degree, PE license, and progressive experience with land development or water resources, along with proficiency in Civil 3D, SWMM, ICPR, or similar tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
• Progressive engineering experience in land development and/or water resources.
• Proficiency in design software (Civil 3D, SWMM, ICPR, or similar).
• Proven track record delivering complex, high-value projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level technical design of plans, reports, calculations, and specifications. Develop grading, drainage, stormwater management, and utility design solutions
• Collaborate with Project Managers to execute project scopes, schedules, and technical requirements
• Support Project Managers on complex projects, design approaches, permitting challenges, risk mitigation, and constructability
• Assist with troubleshooting challenging design issues and ensuring technical consistency across projects
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies as needed
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers
