Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Licensed Patrol Driver in Anchorage, AK. The role focuses on safeguarding tenants and clients at a commercial real estate location, patrolling interiors and perimeters, and responding to incidents with professionalism.

You will maintain logs, monitor access, and provide exceptional customer service while following site procedures and safety guidelines. A valid driver\'s license is required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver\'s license.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, access-related issues, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate contacts as directed by site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, parking areas, common areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the property, documenting incidents, unusual conditions, and maintenance-related concerns in accordance with site procedures.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports and communicate observations, incidents, and/or emergency response information to Allied Universal leadership and designated site contacts.
