You will leverage a proven track record in insurance sales, client relations, and policy servicing to protect clients’ assets. In this full-time role, you will build lasting relationships, assess client needs, prepare quotes, and process applications, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations with accuracy and professionalism, while maintaining excellent customer

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
• Experience with multiple carriers and rating systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build client relationships and process policy changes.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and policy renewals.
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate P&C insurance products.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly.
• Prepare quotes, explain coverage options, and assist clients in selecting suitable policies.
• Process applications, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
• Client Support: Build and maintain client relationships by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing ongoing policy support.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policy details, and communications.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer support services.
