Job summary

Ellie Mental Health - Colorado Springs seeks an Outpatient Therapist to join a values-driven team. You will diagnose, plan, and document care and collaborate with a multidisciplinary group to expand access to care in the Colorado Springs community.

We promote balance with a hybrid work model, autonomy, and a strong emphasis on authenticity, humor, and compassion. Compensation ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 yearly, with telehealth and in-office days.

Qualifications

• Registered with DORA as a licensed mental health professional (LSW, LCSW, LPCC, LPC, or LMFT) in Colorado.
• Experience completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to model appropriate boundaries with clients.
• Timely documentation of services and diverse client-base comfort.
• Proficient with Office 365 and EHR systems (Valant a plus).
• Knowledge of therapy services, insurance billing, and mental health documentation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses and implement treatment plans with ongoing documentation.
• Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with a dynamic team.
• Use creativity in interventions to help clients reach goals.
• Prepare and submit session documentation per guidelines.
• Maintain a caseload of 25 billable hours per week for full-time status.
• Coordinate services with families, schools, medical staff, and other Ellie personnel.
• Contribute meaningfully to a growing clinic culture with autonomy and flexibility.
