Bridgeway, Inc. in Galesburg, IL, is hiring a Licensed Outpatient Therapist to practice at the full scope of your license in a full-time role within our Behavioral Health Services Division.

You will diagnose, sign IM+CANS assessments, provide individual/couples/family/group therapy, and handle crisis/risk assessments, coordinating with psychiatry, nursing, substance use, and peer supports. Bridgeway supports PSLF/loan forgiveness and a broad benefits package.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Illinois licensure as an LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist is required at time of hire.
• Master’s degree in a related field; doctoral degree required for psychologists.
• Experience with IM+CANS or supervisory/consultation roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose independently and formulate DSM-5-TR diagnoses under your Illinois license.
• Serve as the LPHA of record: review and sign IM+CANS assessments and treatment plans.
• Provide individual, couples/family, and group therapy using evidence-based modalities.
• Treat complex presentations including serious mental illness, trauma, and co-occurring disorders.
• Provide crisis and risk assessment, and coordinate care with psychiatry and nursing teams.
• Offer clinical supervision, case reviews, and team training; provide psychoeducation to partners.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation compliant with CCBHC, Rule 132, and CARF.

This full-time position is built for clinicians who want to practice at the full scope of their license: independent diagnosis, LPHA authority over assessments and treatment plans, and a central role in clinical quality within our CCBHC outpatient continuum in Galesburg, Illinois.Bridgeway, Inc. is a comprehensive human services organization and a federally designated Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) serving individuals and families across Knox, Warren, Henderson, and Henry Counties in west-central Illinois. As a CCBHC, Bridgeway operates at the leading edge of integrated behavioral health — delivering person-centered, recovery-oriented care across a full continuum that includes outpatient therapy, crisis services, substance use treatment, psychiatric services, and community support.Licensed Outpatient Therapists are the clinical anchor of Bridgeway’s outpatient services.
