Southeastern Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence, Inc. (SCADD) is seeking a Licensed Outpatient Counselor in New London, CT.

The role involves direct clinical services, assessment, treatment planning, and discharge coordination within a collaborative multidisciplinary team. We offer a starting salary of $60,000 for Associate License and $80,000 for Independent License, plus a $3,000 sign-on bonus and NHSC loan repayment eligibility.

Qualifications

• Requires clinical licensure (Associate or Independent) in LMSW/LPC-A/LMFT-A or LCSW/LPC/LMFT/LADC.
• Strong skills in assessment, treatment planning, and documentation.
• Commitment to trauma-informed, recovery-oriented care and DEI values.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical services including assessment, treatment planning, counseling, crisis intervention, and discharge planning.
• Coordinate case management and link clients with community resources for ongoing care.
• Complete documentation promptly, including progress notes and reports.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to align treatment plans.
