Job summary

Arbour Counseling Services, a subsidiary of Universal Health Services, in Haverhill, MA, is hiring Licensed Clinicians for Per Diem, Part Time, and Full Time roles in our Outpatient program.

The Masters level clinician delivers individual, group, and family therapy, collaborates with medical and community providers, and maintains appropriate documentation.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or closely related Mental Health field from an accredited college or university
• Must have completed internship during Master’s program to obtain 45 credits
• Valid LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT (Massachusetts)
• CANS Certification preferred (also able to obtain after hiring if needed)

• Provide individual, family and group therapy sessions
• Support clients through collaboration with other medical service providers, state agencies, other mental health services and community resources
• Individuals are responsible for managing their own schedule

**Paid 6 week ramp-up period available for new Full Time and Part Time hires to ensure a successful transition as you build your caseload**

Pay: $33.00-$40.00/hour

Schedule/Location: Per Diem, Part Time, Full Time, On-Site

About the Role

Arbour Counseling Services is excited to offer Per Diem, Part Time, and Full Time opportunities for Licensed Clinicians in our Outpatient Program in Haverhill, MA. Our Outpatient counseling allows our patients to receive treatment options and support within a much more free and open time schedule. While programs are structured, our outpatient counseling is best for those stepping down from a higher level of care, seeking limited treatment options or testing out treatment for the first time. Arbour offers individual therapy, group therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, medication evaluation & management, school-based treatment, and elder services within our Outpatient program.

The Master's Level Outpatient Clinician delivers direct services to clients, and may provide individual, group, family, or other authorized therapy services within our outpatient center; participates in interdisciplinary treatment planning; and ensures that any treatments delivered are within the scope of the therapist’s training, experience and general level of competence.
