Job summary

Renewal Rehab is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for full-time work in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting. You will evaluate and treat patients, develop and implement care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s/Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification as an OTR where required by the state.
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
