Job summary

Renewal Rehab is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapist to join our team serving primarily seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. You will evaluate and treat residents, develop outcome-focused plans of care, and help patients maximize safety, independence, and quality of life.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, document in EMR, and educate patients and families. The position offers clinical mentorship, continuing education, and clear career advancement

Qualifications

• Active OT license in Michigan required.
• Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred.
• Ability to develop outcome-focused care plans.
• Strong communication with residents and families.

Responsibilities
